An upmarket 3 bedroom villa right next to the sea enjoying breathtaking sea views. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes walk and Ayia Napa Centre is just a 5 minute drive away. We have 3 villas side by side which is perfect for extended family.
On the ground floor there is open plan design. This features a living area with widescreen satellite TV, a dining section and a kitchen equipped with all mod cons.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with en-suite and balcony from which there are great sea views. There is also a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A family bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower complete the upstairs accommodation.
Outside there is a large pool measuring 10M x 5M . The large grounds and outside furniture with palm tress make it perfect for el fresco dining and sunbathing. The villa's position takes advantage of the sun until early evening and the sea view is amazing with the sea literally a few meters away.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi.
The villa is not available for single sex or young groups (under 23) . This is to ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standard.
It can accommodate an extra (seventh) person below the age of twelve. Please make the booking for 6 people and mention 7th person in the special request field during the booking process.
The Closest Beach is Ayia Thekla Beach - 350 meters.

Some guests may wish to add our private meet and greet service to their booking before they come. (We meet you in the arrivals hall at Larnaca and bring you straight to the villa and take you back to the airport for your return journey).

This villa is amazing. We stayed here for a week and a half holiday, for a family wedding, and we couldn't have asked for more. The location is perfect, you have an unspoilt view of the sea and the villa itself is very spacious. There are two bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet and all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool is a good size, we brought plenty of inflatables and it provides perfect relief from the afternoon sun! At night you can sit out on the balcony and view the stars, of which there are thousands. We had an app which shows you what they each are and this was just priceless. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. The welcome package was great including all you need to keep you going until you can do some shopping. You need transport in order to get shopping etc, we hired a quad instead of a car and it was perfect as we could off road it along the beach. There's a supermarket less than 5 mins drive down the road which stocks all you could need, but if you fancy going further afield, there is a Lidl (amongst other big supermarkets). The team responsible for the villa are fantastic, they were really happy to help us out with any queries We would definitely come here again. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience!
