An upmarket 3 bedroom villa right next to the sea enjoying breathtaking sea views. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes walk and Ayia Napa Centre is just a 5 minute drive away.
On the ground floor there is open plan design. This features a living area with widescreen satellite T V, a dining section and a kitchen equipped with all mod cons. On this level there is also a twin bedroom and a toilet.
Upstairs there is are 2 double bedrooms, the master with large balcony with fantastic views of the Ayia Thekla coast. On this large balcony terrace there is the optional extra of a Jacuzzi (£60 a week). There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Outside there is a large overflow pool with hydrotherapy massage feature. Optional pool heating(chargeable) is available. The sizeable grounds and outside furniture are perfect for el fresco dining, sunbathing and from where you can enjoy the amazing view of the sea.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi.
The villa is not available for single sex or young groups (under 23) . This is to ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standard.
Pool heating at £35 per day and the Jacuzzi at £60 per week are optional extras.
The Closest Beach is Ayia Thekla Beach - 350 meters.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this villa. The seafront location was so peaceful with beautiful views. There is a beach just a few minutes walk from the villa with plenty of sunbeds and many more beaches within 5 minutes drive away.
We loved being on the outskirts of the resort as we had no noise from the bars at night but we're just a quick drive from all the amenities.
Our favourite part of the villa was the jacuzzi on the upstairs balcony, just lovely to sit in a watch the sunset after a long day sunbathing.
