Occupying a prime position this large million euro villa with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms has a spacious garden and outside private pool and is finished to a 5 Star standard throughout.
The lovely lounge has satellite television, dvd player and a home cinema system. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in a luxury villa of this standing. There is also a ground floor W.C. and a dining area for 8 people.
The first floor has a balcony, two double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite} and two twin bedrooms. There is a separate large family bathroom with a tub.
There is only one Villa of this type and very popular with returning guests.

Some guests may wish to add our private meet and greet service to their booking before they come. (We meet you in the arrivals hall at Larnaca and bring you straight to the villa and take you back to the airport for your return journey).

A large, really spacious villa. Excellent location, to the nearest small beach - 2 minutes, to Fig Tree Bay 10 min. It is located far from the party, in a quiet area, while walking is convenient to walk to the center, near the supermarket Liddle. A few weeks before the arrival one of the manager called to clarify all the details and whether we need something else. The pool Cleaner came to clean about 4 days into the stay. Cleaning was once in the middle of the stay, with the change of all linen, towels, brought new jars with gels / shampoos. In general, we go to Cyprus every year and every time we rent different villas, this one of the best options for both location and internal layout / convenience.

The villa is a good choice for a larger group of people, like four couples or two families with children. It has all the necessities - enough space, bathrooms, appliances. The kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to make dinner themselves. The pool area is large and open and good for small kids. The villa is located in a quiet area a couple of minutes' walk from the sea (for a quick swim), and about 10 minutes' walk from Protras center and 15 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. All in all the villa is highly recommended.
