The ground floor has 2 spacious living rooms, TV area and bi-folding doors to the pool area with 180 degree distant sea views. There are large widescreen televisions, satellite TV and free Wi-fi. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with granite surfaces and marble floors throughout the property. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, a large en-suite double bedroom and a further double bedroom. In addition there is a TV and games room equipped with television, table football and games console. Two further beds can be added in the games room (add into request field during the booking process if required).
Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms, of which 3 are en-suite. Most have doors leading to an outside terrace with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic views over Protaras. There is a good size family bathroom. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer is also on this level.
Outside to the rear there is a large overflow pool with pool heating available for £55 a day extra. Additionally there is a barbecue area, large outside bar and kitchen area. The garden area around the pool is spacious, well maintained and perfect for relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture available for both dining and sunbathing.
This fabulous 5 star villa has luxury fittings throughout, with no expense spared. It is highly recommended for those who want something truly special.

Situated on the hillside of the St. Elias, Villa Mansion is located perfectly to take advantage of breathtaking views of the Protaras coastline. Protaras and Pernera are only a 3 minute drive from the villa. A walk to Protaras is 15-20 minutes.

Some guests may wish to add our private meet and greet service to their booking. We meet you in the arrivals hall at Larnaca and bring you straight to the villa and take you back to the airport for your return journey.

Great place to stay with a large group. Everything was clean and every room had air conditioning. The pool was very nice and the little area outside the bar was a perfect place to hang out. Would recommend.

There were 3 families in total in this stunning villa and there was enough room for all of us without feeling cramped. There was also plenty of space both in and around the pool. The villa was well equipped to cater all families The villa is a 5 minute drive to both the beach and main town Protaras for restaurants and shops I would definitely recommend the villa and am hoping to book again next year.

Beautiful Villa
We had a great holiday, the villa is beautiful, perfect peaceful location but still close enough to amenities with 5 minute drive. Helpful staff, we will come back.
